You may be wondering what GYROKINESIS® is.
It is an exercise method created by Juliu Horvath, formerly ballet dancer, incorporating basic principles of various movements of yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and Tai Chi.
Rhythmical rippling movements with matching breathing patterns performed sitting on a chair, lying on the floor, or standing, work gently on the joints and muscles. 
It helps to innervate the nervous system, open up the energy passage through the body and oxygenate the blood. 
By continuing GYROKINESIS® exercise, not only can you learn to move your body more freely and flexibly without restraints but also enjoy the revitalizing energy, peace of mind and a sense of well-being that generate from your body. 
In our busy everyday life often pressed for time and being under a lot of stress, many of us are unconsciously hunching up ourselves.  
Why not try stretching out your body with slow movements along with deep breathing to release your stress from your body and soul. 
It is a group session class in principle, but I would be happy to do a class from 1 person so please feel free to contact me.
